HSPA13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,448 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FNDC3B, PLOD2, and LMAN1. Each is linked with HSPA13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA13-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPA13 versus FNDC3B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
