Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,227 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR599, AQP7P4, and RNA5SP299. Each is linked with HSPA13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA13-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA13 results are reported.
