Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, INPP4B, and PCNA. Each is linked with HSPA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA13-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by HSPA13-low versus HSPA13-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
