Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPA13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSWIM2, GSTA3, and AGTR2. Each is linked with HSPA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA13-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSWIM2 grouped by HSPA13-low versus HSPA13-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
