Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSP90B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSP90B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF18, PRRT1B, and AMELX. Each is linked with HSP90B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSP90B1-to-partner and partner-to-HSP90B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLF18 grouped by HSP90B1-low versus HSP90B1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSP90B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSP90B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
