Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSP90AB6P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSP90AB6P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher HSP90AB6P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSP90AB6P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ACC show a favorable association.

LIHC, CHOL, and SKCM are the cancer types where HSP90AB6P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
