Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSP90AB2P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HSP90AB2P data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher HSP90AB2P Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSP90AB2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where HSP90AB2P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
