HSP90AB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSP90AB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,117 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSP90AB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, MSH2, and BOP1. Each is linked with HSP90AB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSP90AB1-to-partner and partner-to-HSP90AB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSP90AB1 versus XPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSP90AB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSP90AB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
