HSP90AB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSP90AB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,601 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSP90AB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIP1, NCAPG, and MCM3. Each is linked with HSP90AB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSP90AB1-to-partner and partner-to-HSP90AB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSP90AB1 versus STIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSP90AB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSP90AB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
