Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSP90AA5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,820 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSP90AA5P-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP19, MSL2, and LNP1. Each is linked with HSP90AA5P in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSP90AA5P-to-partner and partner-to-HSP90AA5P results are reported.
