Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSFY8P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSFY8P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher HSFY8P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSFY8P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and PRAD are the cancer types where HSFY8P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
