Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSFY5P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSFY5P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher HSFY5P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSFY5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and OV are the cancer types where HSFY5P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
