HSFX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSFX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,864 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSFX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX_S15, CFP, and DDX39B. Each is linked with HSFX4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSFX4-to-partner and partner-to-HSFX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSFX4 versus ZYX_S15 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSFX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSFX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
