HSFX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSFX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSFX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP534, OR9G4, and INSL4. Each is linked with HSFX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSFX1-to-partner and partner-to-HSFX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP534 grouped by HSFX1-low versus HSFX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSFX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSFX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
