HSF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,777 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, DDX52, and MYO19. Each is linked with HSF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF5-to-partner and partner-to-HSF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by HSF5-low versus HSF5-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
