HSF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL25, TGM6, and TMEM252. Each is linked with HSF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF5-to-partner and partner-to-HSF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL25 grouped by HSF5-low versus HSF5-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
