HSF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,739 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, CDCA7L, and RNA5SP46. Each is linked with HSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF2-to-partner and partner-to-HSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSF2 versus ARFGEF3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
