HSF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT3P1, NEDD8-MDP1, and RNU6-707P. Each is linked with HSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF2-to-partner and partner-to-HSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT3P1 grouped by HSF2-low versus HSF2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
