HSF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXF5, GSC2, and IL20. Each is linked with HSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF2-to-partner and partner-to-HSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXF5 grouped by HSF2-low versus HSF2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
