HSF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, p27, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with HSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF1-to-partner and partner-to-HSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
