HSF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-MSCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 49 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS7, DRAP1, and KIF2A. Each is linked with HSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF1-to-partner and partner-to-HSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
