HSDL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSDL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,786 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf64, UBQLN1, and SMC2. Each is linked with HSDL2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSDL2-to-partner and partner-to-HSDL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSDL2 versus C9orf64 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
