Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSDL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,363 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSDL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFDP1, USP10, and PTK2B_S375. Each is linked with HSDL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSDL1-to-partner and partner-to-HSDL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSDL1 versus CFDP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
