Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,118 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN7C, COX15, and AASDHPPT. Each is linked with HSDL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSDL1-to-partner and partner-to-HSDL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIN7C grouped by HSDL1-low versus HSDL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
