Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4G, and MEK1. Each is linked with HSDL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSDL1-to-partner and partner-to-HSDL1 results are reported.
