Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSDL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,077 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSDL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Protein localization to cilium, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with HSDL1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSDL1-to-partner and partner-to-HSDL1 results are reported.
