The most reproducible HSD17B7P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, Obsolete DNA methylation, and Protein acetylation. Each is linked with HSD17B7P2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSD17B7P2-to-partner and partner-to-HSD17B7P2 results are reported.
