Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSD17B13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,892 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSD17B13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with HSD17B13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSD17B13-to-partner and partner-to-HSD17B13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by HSD17B13-low versus HSD17B13-high in KIDNEY.
