HSD17B12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSD17B12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSD17B12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III, Citrate metabolic process, and Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with HSD17B12 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSD17B12-to-partner and partner-to-HSD17B12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III grouped by HSD17B12-low versus HSD17B12-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSD17B12→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSD17B12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
