Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSD17B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,766 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSD17B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copper ion export, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Negative regulation of purine nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with HSD17B1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSD17B1-to-partner and partner-to-HSD17B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Copper ion export grouped by HSD17B1-low versus HSD17B1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
