The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher HSD11B2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSD11B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, BLCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where HSD11B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
