HSD11B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSD11B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSD11B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCP1A, RNU6-717P, and USP9YP22. Each is linked with HSD11B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSD11B1-to-partner and partner-to-HSD11B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCP1A grouped by HSD11B1-low versus HSD11B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSD11B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSD11B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
