HS6ST2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS6ST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,200 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS6ST2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, MTMR6, and NAGK. Each is linked with HS6ST2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS6ST2-to-partner and partner-to-HS6ST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HS6ST2 versus NRBF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS6ST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS6ST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
