HS6ST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS6ST2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS6ST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, MEK1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with HS6ST2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS6ST2-to-partner and partner-to-HS6ST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by HS6ST2-low versus HS6ST2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS6ST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS6ST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
