Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS6ST1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HS6ST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Notch1, and Smad3. Each is linked with HS6ST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS6ST1-to-partner and partner-to-HS6ST1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by HS6ST1-low versus HS6ST1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS6ST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS6ST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
