HS3ST5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4466, DCLRE1B, and KHDRBS1. Each is linked with HS3ST5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST5-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4466 grouped by HS3ST5-low versus HS3ST5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
