HS3ST5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HS3ST5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TARM1, NEUROD4, and H2BW1. Each is linked with HS3ST5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST5-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TARM1 grouped by HS3ST5-low versus HS3ST5-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
