HS3ST3A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST3A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,937 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST3A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, P3H3, and HTRA3. Each is linked with HS3ST3A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST3A1-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST3A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HS3ST3A1 versus MMP14 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST3A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST3A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
