HS3ST3A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST3A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,178 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST3A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNLL1P5, STAG3L4, and DROSHA. Each is linked with HS3ST3A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST3A1-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST3A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNLL1P5 grouped by HS3ST3A1-low versus HS3ST3A1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST3A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST3A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
