The most reproducible HS3ST3A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with HS3ST3A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST3A1-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST3A1 results are reported.
