HS3ST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFXN1, ADAM33, and CCDC3. Each is linked with HS3ST1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST1-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFXN1 grouped by HS3ST1-low versus HS3ST1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
