HS3ST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HS3ST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83C, CCDC182, and MROH2B. Each is linked with HS3ST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST1-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM83C grouped by HS3ST1-low versus HS3ST1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
