HS2ST1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS2ST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,454 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS2ST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUT4, PAIP1, and PIGT. Each is linked with HS2ST1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS2ST1-to-partner and partner-to-HS2ST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HS2ST1 versus TUT4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS2ST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS2ST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
