HS2ST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS2ST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,174 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS2ST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, MIR6777, and LCEP1. Each is linked with HS2ST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS2ST1-to-partner and partner-to-HS2ST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-147P grouped by HS2ST1-low versus HS2ST1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS2ST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS2ST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
