HRNR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRNR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ORC1, PRC1, and BUB3. Each is linked with HRNR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRNR-to-partner and partner-to-HRNR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
