HRNR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HRNR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,167 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRNR-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIVEP1, TTLL12, and CACNA1I. Each is linked with HRNR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRNR-to-partner and partner-to-HRNR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRNR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRNR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
