HRK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,802 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTBN2, TRAF3IP3, and OCIAD1_S108. Each is linked with HRK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRK-to-partner and partner-to-HRK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HRK versus SPTBN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
