HRK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,515 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1SW, SLC10A1, and CRYBA1. Each is linked with HRK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRK-to-partner and partner-to-HRK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HRK versus OPN1SW in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
