HRH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,868 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAA1, S100A11, and S100A16_S27. Each is linked with HRH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRH3-to-partner and partner-to-HRH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HRH3 versus PRKAA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
