HRH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, TIGAR, and eIF4E. Each is linked with HRH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRH2-to-partner and partner-to-HRH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by HRH2-low versus HRH2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
